PT SALES ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate who wants to work in a creative, low-stress environment with a small staff and a friendly customer base.

Must be available to work weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Customer Engagement: initiates conversation, shares advice and product knowledge to interact with the customer in a personalized and authentic way
•Store Environment: maintains Reserve’s visual and operational standards by carrying out the opening and closing procedures and weekly cleaning while keeping the focus on the customer
•Product Flow: follow the shipment process including receiving, tagging, and preparing inventory to be stocked and to gain awareness of product including what’s new and what’s already on the floor
•Store Technology: utilize the POS to process customer transactions
•Operations: adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, maintain store supply inventory, prepare online orders for shipping, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
•Adaptable: exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things
•Positivity: contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others

HOURS: 19-23 hours per week
