in to the store.
As a Sales Associate with Reserve Supply Company, you will exceed the customers' expectations in helping him find everything he needs, while working to create an impressionable and positive store experience.
MUST HAVES:

A sense of our point of view, and what our customer comes to us to find
Flexibility and positive reaction to change
The ability to balance customer service with tasking
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the highest level of customer care, in line with Reserve Supply Company's specific service expectations
Build genuine relationships with customers
Product knowledge
Determine the customer’s needs and offer suggestions or alternatives
Product placement
Ensure a customer’s positive final impression at check out by following all company procedures
Carry out proper phone etiquette
Help to maintain organization, cleanliness, and managing stock levels
Uphold all company policies and maintain store standards
