Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number, as well as an email confirmation that includes your order number and order total.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip with the item(s) you are returning.

Please send an email to to receive a return shipping label. Return labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US. However, a $6.95 ($13.95 for boots, motorcycle helmets, and leather jackets) shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange.

If you use your own shipping method, we recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. Please remember we will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Please mail your return to the address below.

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest you make a separate transaction through the website as we are unable to provide online exchanges.

All orders are processed and shipped from our store in Houston, TX.

Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. To check the status of your order email and we will respond within 24 hours. Make sure to include your order number in your email.

Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available. Please refer to the shipping calculator when checking out for the Express delivery S/H Fee.
