DICKIE'S 1922 X RESERVE SUPPLY COMPANY
Once again the Dickie's 1922 x Reserve Supply Company partnership is delivering new wares just in time for the summer months we're easing into. The homegrown Texas brand has now built for us some new wovens that adhere to our vision and their commitment to rugged and durable craftsmanship.
Our first new shirt on the block is a short sleeve button up made of rinsed cotton with a flax blend, woven in a herringbone pattern. The light gray streaks throughout the natural color cotton, combined with the herringbone pattern gives it a subtle texture that makes it a little more interesting than the standard solid woven shirt. The seams are double needle chain stitched and the shell cat-eye buttons are tonal. The shirt has a left chest pocket and comes in our Reserve Custom fit so it's cut tailored with enough room to move.
Our second shirt for summer 2018 is cut in a Japanese cotton seersucker. The puckered texture of seersucker has long been a summer favorite fabric because it is lightweight and breathable. Typically seen in vertical blue and white stripes, we decided to change it up with a horizontal cool grey color. This shirt comes with a flat laying collar and a straight bottom hem for a more relaxed look. The fit is also our Reserve custom fit, has a left chest pocket and tonal shell cat eye buttons as well.
Along with our two new summer shirts we got a restock of our (your) beloved Dickie's x Reserve Supply Company pants in duck canvas. They're cut with the classic five pocket silhouette of jeans but in a more refined fabric that breathes better than denim and can be easily dressed up or down. We angled the coin pocket to make it easier to use and riveted it into place. They come in five color ways: navy, olive, tan, black and a charcoal grey. We have also restocked our Japanese chambray short sleeve in both black and blue. The shirts have tonal ring snap buttons and a left patch pocket. They also feature a snap down collar with hidden ring snaps for a cleaner look.
All of the Dickie's 1922 x Reserve Supply Company pieces are cut and sewn in their oldest factory in Uvalde, Texas. Designed by Reserve and built by Dickie's 1922, we are excited that the joint efforts have been so well received by our customers for the past four years and look forward to rolling out new designs for seasons to come.
