We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number, as well as an email confirmation that includes your order number and order total.

To check your order status, please contact us, and we will reply within 24 hours. Make sure to include your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, except for holiday purchases made between November 15th and December 25th. Holiday returns & exchanges are accepted until January 15th. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip with the item(s) you are returning.

To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account here and follow the provided instructions. If you checked out as a guest, use the contact form here to request a return shipping label. Please note that return labels are only available for orders shipped to the continental United States. A shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund, or $13.95 for boots, motorcycle helmets, and leather jackets, unless you are processing an exchange.

If you use your own shipping method, we recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. Please remember we will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Please mail your return to the address below.

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest you make a separate transaction through the website, as we are unable to provide online exchanges.

Shipping Policy & Rates
All orders are processed and shipped from our store in Houston, TX.

Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available. Please refer to the shipping calculator when checking out for the Express delivery S/H Fee.

Accuracy of Shipping Address entry
Please check your shipping address, payment methods, and merchandise selections carefully. Reserve Supply Company is not liable for incorrect addresses or mistakes entered in shipping details. We cannot replace merchandise that is shipped to an incorrect address if the address you provided is no longer valid.

Lost or Stolen Package
Reserve Supply Company cannot accept responsibility for packages that show as delivered through tracking but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. Additionally, we recommend the following steps:

Step 1: Check that the shipping address you included matches your correct location.

Step 2: Check with your neighbors to ensure they didn’t receive it by mistake. Packages are often marked as delivered before they actually are, so we recommend giving it a day or two for it to arrive.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is 8.25% and will be charged only on items shipped to addresses within Texas. Sales tax is not applied to orders outside of Texas.
