Reserve Supply Company is seeking a sales associate. To work at Reserve Supply Company you must have attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to positively adapt to change, be proactive, and organized. Candidate must be open minded and approachable and have the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. It is important to have a sense of our vision and the product that contributes to the stores personality. As an associate with Reserve Supply Company, you will exceed the customers' expectations in helping to find everything needed, while working to create an impressionable and positive store experience. This position requires the ability to balance customer service with tasking. Customer service and retail experience are a plus.
Responsibilities will include ensuring the highest level of customer care, in line with Reserve Supply Company's specific service expectations. Product knowledge, merchandising, and helping to maintain organization, cleanliness, and managing stock levels. The sales associate is also responsible for assisting in receiving, pricing, and stocking inventory. Computer skills are necessary, candidate is responsible for using point of sale system at check out, taking special orders, and selling and tracking special orders through the point of sale system. Sales associate is also responsible for processing and shipping online orders. Knowledge of Excel is required. Must be able to take notes and follow direction. Must be available weekends.
