A collaborative piece from FULLCOUNT and TT & CO.
Based on TT＆CO.’s signature 500-TX, this special jet helmet is finished with FULLCOUNT’s original 10oz denim, a fabric long used in the brand’s jean production.
First introduced in the 1950s, the 500-TX racing jet helmet is renowned for its compact egg-shaped shell, which closely follows the contours of the head, and the sharp lines that sweep along the cheeks. Its enduring design was exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1962 and remains widely regarded as one of the foundations of the classic jet helmet.

The exterior is wrapped in FULLCOUNT’s original 10oz denim, while the trim is made from Japanese vegetable-tanned oiled leather. Each leather edge is hand-stitched with waxed linen thread, reflecting the warmth and precision of skilled craftsmanship.
Both the denim and leather develop greater depth through use, aging alongside their owner and gradually taking on a character of their own. The piece applies FULLCOUNT’s long-standing philosophy of denim that evolves with wear to an entirely new form.
This collaboration brings together the values of a denim maker and a classic helmet manufacturer, resulting in a product designed to become increasingly personal over time.
